Heading to the Swamp?

Afternoon, everyone.  Long time until Gencon, will probably attend this year, though not necessarily with Maphead (my “chess” partner) or with the same lazer focus as in the past on Axis and Allies, our favorite.    Last week,  YG and I were talking through all the things that go in to planning the tournaments and events.  Greg Smorey is a great guy, he’s a huge booster for our game and a great host.

If anyone has any questions about attending gencon, best things to do, planning considerations,

but also, how tournaments work, personalities, rules, etc.,
