As the two game boards are combined there may be anomalies, especially for the UK player.
I thought (& think) the UK player has two ‘Treasuries’.
In addition, the ‘Commonwealth’ (the UK ‘emigrant colonies’) deserves it’s own three ‘Treasuries’.
The other GP starting income totals are due to the ‘historical notes’ on Germany & the USSR.
As to the USA points - it is suggested there should be one & one only Territory value for each space on the board.
[1941] Does Double IPC rules make Africa playable?
-
I usually pull the North African tank to Southern Italy for the W. Russia attack, since there’s no real point in wasting units in Africa. However when playing double ipc, I’ve been contemplating whether it’s worth opening the African front, as the British have no real means of defending it and there are plenty of ipc’s to take. Thoughts?
