Looking for a good picture of the box cover

@joeyskywalker: I need image files so I can photoshop them. But thanks for the PDFs Hope this isn’t grave digging… Just a quick tip to anybody on this:  Download the PDF, then right click and do 'Open With…" Photoshop.  It will open and be editable. That’s how I’m using IL’s map. Also, I do a lot of graphic design… and you’d be surprised at how many people won’t or don’t understand to give you original PS or Illustrator files, but will send you PDFs.  Nice thing is, you can choose the DPI/PPI and color rendering (CMYK or RGB, etc.) that it opens with.

@Craig: @Bierwagen: @Craig: The control markers on the edge of the board,are those for country rankings,for the IPC’s? Yes.  I placed an IPC track along the outer edge of the board. That’s a great idea.  Do you have magnets under your control markers so they don’t move around? Mind posting a copy of your IPC tracking strip for the rest of us, it’s a great idea. I’m also interested in where you got the cool clamps you use to keep the board together.  It sounds like we’re going to need something like that for the AA50 OOB map. No magnets. The IPC track is just something I whipped up with MS Word.  Nothing special.  Just make your own chart and then cut it into long strips. If you look closely, I actually have a paper copy of the playtest map sandwiched between plexiglass and a piece of hardboard.  Then I just used some clips that are meant to be used on glass cabinet doors. I do agree that there may be a need to come up with some kind of clips to hold the map sections together but I don’t think that these are applicable. Craig Why dont you fess up already. You and Larry have been playing 1v1 for months. How dare you hold out on us !!!  :lol:

I haven’t seen any warping of my boards (yet). For the records: my box arrived undamaged, although I still have to check the playing pieces.

I got a copy, just I am keeping it safe for now.

I’m axis allies’s foreign fan. And I bought axis allies anniversary 50. But, when I unbox, the inside boxes are a little breakage. So I want to repair them! Is there axis allies anniversary 50 box(inside) art pdf file?

They are not plano boxes this time. Its about 14 inches by 8.5 by 1.75 with 24 compartments and the most important thing: each compartment has already precut and FITTED panels. These are not like plano because these don’t jump out or get dislodged. I got them at Harbor freight tools for $4.99 each.

@Jon03021: If I wanted to purchase a copy of AA50 from someone on the forums, ebay, amazon or some other seller, what would be a good price? What do they normally sell for. Amazon has some listed for 750$! Do they really sell for that price? I suspect the price will come down now that global is out. Until that happens you can do any one of the previous reccomendations or simply play off the battlemap module wether it be online or ftf. The setup is right there with no hour wasted.
