That’ll do it - and after you have used your playing pieces for a while, you’ll see if you need to spray a new layer of matt varnish.
2-3 layers - each layer thinly sprayed - and dry 24 hours between each layer.
You units will last a lifetime:+1:
These are from Ticket To Ride: Rails and Sails. As you can see, they are slightly bigger than the footprint of an infantry piece. They would need to be painted, obviously. I have 15 of them. I don’t know if anybody’s interested in trading me for them, but I’d consider that! Always interested to see the amazing paint jobs you guys do. :-)

Thanks for sharing the info. Those are cool pieces.
Those are cool, ive been thinking what to make for that, I made a control tower for the air bases, I have the master done, just need to cast some…. my pour a cast is kinda old, need new stuff.
I’ve been looking for a control tower for air bases. Good luck with your molds! Hope that comes out well.

How about these ones?

Air Base Markers (22 x 24 mm, Set of 5 markers)
All the examples I’ve seen over the years take up to much board space IMO… I would like to see the cardboard counters with icons printed double sided, and placed upright on tiny plastic standees. That would be my preference.
Here is a good solution for my table preference… I could make icon labels to stick on either side, however, these are 25mm which is still to big for me.
Here’s a new pic comparing its size to other facility pieces: http://imgur.com/a/5UMu3
The piece on the left is a factory from U-Build Monopoly, which I have lots of and use as minor IC’s.
The footprint of the harbor piece in question is 11/16"x1/2" plus the little dock sticking out. The detail on the piece is great and I think it would even make for a really nice Major IC.

That’s a cool idea. Yeah, those examples are a little big. Personally, I prefer having little 3D sculpts on the table.

Thanks! Ill be sure to post them, as well as offer them if anyone would be interested. I moved here (CA) from WA awhile back, I knew where to get all that casting stuff, ive looked here, cant seem to find anywhere locally… ordering online is murder, shipping jugs of liquid… in addition, not sure what im getting. I may end up using fiberglass resin, something this small, should be fine… just takes long to cure and I gotta make a grip, unlike the casting resins, takes like 30 seconds.
