@imperious-leader said in 1914 Gen Con Rules:
@slip-capone Then this is to be in the smorey swamp section, they are his rules alone
They were used at both Gen Con and Origins.
I am just happy they are on the boards to share.
Hi guys.
Historical Board Gaming has a ton of extra units you can buy, but what if I want to get just the board itself ?
After playing this game many times it is getting scratched up a bit so I’d like to see if replacements are available.
Thank you !
Maybe try e-bay… search Axis and Allies parts or replacements
Take this to a printer:
Although I think there may be a couple of modifications compared to the original board? So check it is what you want first.
Thank you ! It is modified from the original, so I assume there are different rules associated with it for initial unit placement ?
Sorry Arreghas - only just seen your reply.
I don’t know the answer to your question, as I am new to 1914 myself.
I am getting some larger maps printed for myself and friends here in the UK and will probably use this version but ask the printer to reverse the changes, if he can. You might try to do the same?
Just been told by my printer that this map is not editable.
Which leaves the less attractive one in another thread on this board, which this shortcut will take you to:

Hi !
Thanks for the link.
What do you mean the map is not editable ? Copyright issues ?
I mean that my printer is unable to edit the map, something that he has been able to do for us on the 1942.2, Anniversary & 1941 maps that he has printed. Which means that we cannot undo all the changes to revert to the OOB 1914 map.
However, Imperious Leader has now provided this link to an attractive map that seems identical to the OOB one:
