Never played a Tech game before in any Axis and Allies game. Looking a G40 Tech opponent via TripleA. Still will bid to see who plays what side. Once determined, each side will select two tech breakthroughs per chart and eliminate those options from your opponent being able to chose those as options. Then, each side will select one breakthrough per chart of the options still available. If interested, let me know or send me a PM. This is for a non-league game.
