<![CDATA[Flight over the bosporus.]]>I know that flight over a neutral country is not permitted and naval travel throught the bosporus is no allowed, but is flight thru the bosporus allowed or is it considered a part of Turkey?

It’s a sea zone, it belongs to no one. The Aegean Sea borders the Black Sea so you could fly planes between them.
