    It was a losing move to put them there.  The idea was to kill some Japanese zeros and lighten the burden on England/China.  With Moscow in enemy hands, I don’t think there’s any pressure on Japan to work in China/India so…play it out leaving the best possible defense (and valid landing places so don’t just dmg all the carriers so you can just fly off into the sunset and watch the fireworks as American planes crash into the ocean!)
