There are enough variations to keep it interesting. I know the feeling though, especially if they make the environment user-friendly or graphically applaudable.

There are some freeware phone apps and probably PC as well that have lo-fi Dominion, but it’s called something generic.  Can’t think of the one I had on my phone before I lost it though.

The base pack, yes! As far as I understand, the other packs are single-payment to open, no monthly fees.
