As you may have noticed, I took UK and Moscow.  Technically, if I’m still holding both capitals at the end of this round, I win.  You should be able to easily liberate UK, but then what?  Japan is primed to destroy your fleet at Iwo Jima. You’ll be left with planes and troops and no way to reach Japan.</p>
