I’d prefer to have none.  Having your opponent get something magical on their first roll is nothing something I’d want to worry about in a league game.

OK, no tech.  I’ll start a new thread so that I can put that in the title so that I remember, because all the rest of my games are with tech.

Oops - if I didn’t say anything before bidding then technically it’s too late anyway.

Doesn’t matter - if you don’t want tech, then it’s no tech.  Which will it be?

4 - Game & rules default - We will be using the Axis and Allies, Global 1940 Second Edition rules.  The dice roller as part of the site should be used to determine results.  **There will be no technology used in the games**.  National Objectives will be used in the games.  Traditional Victory Conditions apply (8 VCs for Germany/Italy or 6 VCs for Japan.)  A bid will be used to determine which player will be Axis and which will be Allies.

Guess I can’t start until you confirm whether we are playing with tech.  Like I said, I prefer it, but I won’t insist.
