Thanks, Jeremy, for updating everyone on what’s been going on. It’s definately been a very rough year for FMG and you have our wholehearted sympathy!
That said, we’ll continue to support FMG in any way we can with product promotion and sales, new product partnerships and, of course, the next FMGCon (to the best of our abilities, of course)!
If there is anything we can do in the short term (or the long term for that matter) just let us know and we’ll see what we can do!

Please email HBG at info@historicalboardgaming.com to redeem your FMG German sets to HBG credit. Jeremy has issued HBG a list of the people who have pre-ordered the German sets and how many. I will issue you points on the website so you can redeem them for a HBG gift certificate and use them for store credit. I will update the list and send it back to Jeremy so that we can take care of all of FMG Customers.The HBG german sets arrived today and are being sorted through and will ship early next week. There are plenty of Black and Dark grey and I am pushing to sell the individual pieces in just a couple weeks.

Thanks Jeremy. Though I did not order any Germans from you, I cannot imagine the stress and despair you and Aaron have experienced. Hopes and prayers are with you that this will all turn around and you can get back to doing what you love. I will be a waiting customer when you guys get back. Without knowing the plastic mold industry (I’m in the metal stamping & drawing industry) I would suggest you stay in the U.S. with any manufacturing needs. You’ll get a fair shake and solid commitment. As you, and ALOT of other folks have learned, you get what you pay for. Especialy when dealing w/ the thieves in China.

At least now your customers are informed and do not have to get frustrated in trying to get an answer. In hindsight (always easy) this message should have come a bit earlier. But I understand it is not easy for you.
What is your intention with orders that you have already received and didnot/cannot fulfill?

I read this the day AFTER I had placed an order on the FMG website. I will remain a loyal customer and I hope everything works out for you and the entire company. But, I am now curious as to how long I will have to wait. Is there a delay with other items such as IPCs and neutral color armies or is it just the Germany army?

The delay is with the German A&A units. The rest of the items, if they are listed as in stock, are in stock and they are usually shipped out within the week. There have, of course, been a few fulfillment issues over the past several months but I’m pretty sure Jeremy is working on rectifying that.

Wow. Is there any way you can take some legal action to recoup losses? Very sorry to hear about the past year. I will be hoping you can turn things around and try and offer some support with purchasing products from you guys. Wish there was more that some of us could do.

You should post as much info about your former business partner as you can. We could do some group investigative work. I’m in China and may be able to get more info about the person, maybe even report him to the authorities, or warn his other “clients”, etc.
