Internet explorer problem

Did anyone else experience this?

From cell phones, to landline-internet, half of the internet was down for about an hour for me and others in BC.  Didn’t matter if you were telus or Shaw or whatever - it was bizarre.

Google.ca - worked perfect , Google.com nothing… link dead

cbc.ca - working fast,  Cnn.com - not working,

A&A.org - up and running, NHL.com - no chance

The list goes on and on.

Wondering if anyone else was effected?  Around 6:30pm to 7:30pm PST.

I dont either, but they do make mistakes and government mistakes ruin lives.  For instance, you could be telling a joke to someone and end up on the federal no fly list!  Sure, you might get off again, but how long will that take and how much will it cost you?  All because you copied a joke that turned out to have been written by a terrorist…

Chrome has other issues, when you uninstall it, programs like Outlook stop working - or did last time I had Chrome on my computer which was a couple of years and one computer ago. (never installed it on the new one for that reason.)

Okay, so we have 1 vote that upgrade to ie 10 isnt as bad as some of the previous upgrades for ie have been.

Nah.  I’m having a guy take a look at it on Wednesday.  I figure it’s prolly done for, which isn’t a bad thing considering I do have the money to replace it.

I think that the system should stay the way it is. The states should ask for assistance. If they don’t it’s their fault, not the federal government. We do not need to have more bureacracy. Personally, I believe it was the Louisiana’s fault the situation wasn’t handled properly along with FEMA. It would be a violation of states’ rights to use Bush’s plan imo.

Wait! The truth is out. Rush is finding a way to bow out ungracefully, TKO’d by drugs, rather than lose, KO’d, to the new challenge!
