Yes, you should probably restart. Keep in mind I can get 3 Fighters to SZ 109, 3 to SZ 110 or 1 to SZ 111 and plan accordingly.
And yes, I can open the file.
And I think the set up on that map might be incorrect. There is a British Fighter and Infantry in Scotland. You might want to get TMTMs map (pretty) or make sure the setup is correct on the one you are using (the alpha rules have the setup charts listed).
This map also tallies the cash wrong, W. India goes to India, British Columbia goes to England…

Things to consider for round 1:
England, India and Australia can declare war whenever they want too.
Always look for fighters on airbases, they can scramble to protect ships if they want too.
Fighters can intercept strategic bombing runs.
There is no such thing as an innoculous submarine.

Just read the scramble rules…that adds something to the mix when attacking huh?? I guess you need to plan for the Brit fgt’s to jump into any naval action on the coast…hmmm…I have the correct map now. Yes, much nicer.

SZ 109 can have 3 fighters scramble into it (even though 4 are eligable there is a 3 fighter cap on scrambling into a sea zone)
