The US (starting neutral) can’t land a plane in France while being neutral.

Not until an axis power takes it. Then the Americans can liberate it and take it for themselves, until you liberate London.

I know, but it’s still actually British because if it isn’t owned by the axis it’s “safe,” the way it is. So it’s pretty much a useless British factory, until it become axis then American. The US can still land troops there while still in “British,” control.
