England has fallen to the Germans. South Africa has not been captured by any axis power. Is it possible for the United States to occupy South Africa and utilize its industry?

Not until an axis power takes it. Then the Americans can liberate it and take it for themselves, until you liberate London.

I know, but it’s still actually British because if it isn’t owned by the axis it’s “safe,” the way it is. So it’s pretty much a useless British factory, until it become axis then American. The US can still land troops there while still in “British,” control.
