How do 2 player combat each other from thier own comuters

@Krieghund This is exactly why I called on you/Panther. I admittedly have zero clue what the actual intentions of the rules are (Hell, I do Non-Combat Moves during my Combat Move phase in all my TripleA and non-tournament games), so the best I could do is just quote the rulebook and do my best. EXTRA BONUS PS:  We have an interesting houserule about the capture of an enemy capital.  The IPC’s from that capital are like a stash of gold.  They are heavy, and immobile (man, digital transfer of funds thru international banking cartels just DIDNT happen back then).  That said, if you take a capital, the IPC’s of that capital are in your hands, but they are stuck in the capital of origin.  You CANNOT spend them, until a turn where the capital is in your possession on the beginning of that turn, at which point those IPC’s are transferred to your general fund, to be spent anywhere. (It takes a full round to liberate enemy gold).  Even then, the captured capital only has limited production capabilities (ie, Moscow produces only 10 units) according to the normal rules.  If you take a capital, and the enemy retakes that capital on their next turn, the enemy also retakes their gold.  Note those IPC’s can only be spent on their next turn, provided they still own the capital.Â

So which money is lost when the surviving opponent’s heavy bombers do a stategic industrial bombing attack?

that is true. an allies superior air force would destroy any germany menace in the atlantic. it would divert some ipc from the front against the USSR. however if the germans do land in brazil it would do two things. divert the economic power house for a few turns. as it would give germany a plus 3 ipc, atleast for a little while. as well you can then transport troops to africa or to invade the UK. if you dont invade the UK you can fake like you do. divert a turn or to of the UK to defeanse. taking more pressure of of germany for a little while.

In 2nd edition rules – a surviving fighter in this scenario can only land if an island (completely surrounded by water) exists in that SZ.

In 3rd edition rules – when an aircraft carrier is sunk. The surviving aircraft on it can attempt to locate and land on a friendly island, territory, or aircraft carrier. These aircraft have one movement point to do so.

Your planes’ll crash into the sea before your factory launches your AC. After non-combat move, all movement is final - any planes that can not land crash, no matter what you place afterwards. You may have to have an ally park his/her planes on your carrier.
