Historical World War II Game

I own a copy of the game.  As with a lot of games, I bought it for the pieces.  The troop pieces are disappointing because their plastic isn’t very compatible with A&A: the plastic has a glossy, semi-translucent appearance, and the colour shades don’t work well in my opinion.  The British-looking pieces with pith helmets have some usefulness as colonial troops. One unexpected bonus, however, is that the little grey triumphal arches work nicely as markers for A&A victory cities.

Well Dead Island SUCKS. It’s like playing GTA and Mortal Combat….with Zombies.

Totally nothing but constant “jobs” for you to complete, mostly alone. The game is hardly Multiplayer and you don’t get any guns till near the end and it is just one large map.

Left 4 Dead is 1 million times better.

It is basically impossible for you to play with friends since the game decides when you are at a similar mission level to “join” other people.

I thought it might be a game called Stargate.  I played a game called Vector 3 by the same company long ago.  I’d love to get my hands on one of those now.  I think I bought it for about $5 back in the early 80s.

Is the Lord Of The Rings online game worth downloading and playing? Is it more than Runescape?

I’ve heard a lot of people recommend it, particularly since it was free.  I’ve seen a lot of Top 10 MMOs of the past few years include it in their list.

I saw on Smorey Swamp that Commanders and Tactics WW2 Deck Building Game was played at Gencon. I have been trying to find the game on BGG with no luck. If anyone knows this game and can provide a link that would be awesome.
