Without house rules or any perks to the Axis then classic AA is 90% chance of victory for the Allies. Unless the Allied player is green or has not read Don’s essays on AA then the game is even but once the Allied player knows how to operate then it is usually a short game with the Allies as the victor.
Without Japan helping in Russia, Germany’s going to be hard pressed to earn 22 IPC against Russia and England.
Without US helping in Europe, Russia’s going to be hard pressed to keep Germany at bay.
Without US helping in Europe, England’s going to be hard pressed to make any inroads on Germany.
You continue to amaze and surprise with your ability to apply logic on one side, and not equally on the other.
I kinda thought the attack on pearl was mandatory, otherwise that fleet will bite you in the ass in the atlantic… Just go the easy way with 3 inf and 2 trannies. I assume You put 1-2 inf on man with your bid. Do the standard stuff, take Chi heavily, go after Pearl, with either everything or min forces. Get your forces from the islands and go after Russia. Build your first IC’s on the mainland in turn 3-4 and you should be fine. Let the Germans violate neutrality in Mongo, so in J2 you have a lot of options to cut of the Russians.
Heres how I would do it.
Russia: Buy 3 Tanks 3 Fighters
I think he meant 3 arm & 3 inf(24 IPCs as compared to his 41 IPCs purchase above.)
He just got a lil excited.
He’s an A&A Addict, y’know!
