I believe that the UK#s are correct as I had saved 1 IPC for each capital the previous turn. I should have put that on the board but neglected to do so. It was in the post though.
I did however miscount London for what they collected last turn. It should be: 29+4 saved = 33.

Just to clear things up, UK-Calcutta collect an extra 2IPC that rightfully belong to UK-London on turn 2, with the 20+1 saved that should have given UK-Calcutta 21. UK-London collected $26 plus 2 from Calcutta that should have given them 28.
