Southern IN

I’m looking for players for Revised in southern Indiana, around Evansville. I might be able go to Vincennes.
-
Hey man I go to school at UE during the year although I play G40. If interested I may be able to play when I get back to school around Septemberish.
-
I’ve played P40 once. Are the rules the same as P40?
-
No, the rules are for the most part E40. But I am down to play other types.
-
I could learn to play G40.
-
Do you already have a group you regularly play with?
-
I have 1 friend who I play Revised with. I also play minis with him.
-
I usually play online on the forums.
-
Ah ok I generally play with a group generally 4-5. Never played by forum or by Email prefer live.
-
Playing by forum or email is slow. If I have a chance to play live I will. Do you play minis also?
-
No never tried Minis
-
I don’t have G40.
-
I do though… the one small problem is playing area as the map is massive.
-
The Revised board is smaller.
-
I will play revised happily. I should note I am rather new to the game only played for 2 years now and always with the same people who have just as much experience as me or less and we aren’t too serious with it kind of just cobbling together players whenever we can. I have only played Spring '42 and Global so just so you know if you kick my ass you know why now.
-
Well it’s been 2 years since I played Revised, or any A&A board game and you can see me get beaten really bad against UKcommander in the play by forum section. I usually play minis but sometimes I play the board game.

What are minis?
-
Minis are pieces that represent single units in a single battle. Each unit has its own stats, like an American Sherman isn’t as good as a German Tiger. Borders on the east side sold them but they closed. Hobbytown USA sells maps for them but not the minis. It’s been a long time since I got new minis, but I play with them a lot.
-
They expensive?
-
It’s a collectible minis game so if you want a balanced force, then yes.
