I just want to point out, that this even aplies if the transport doesn’t have to move. If the British want to use the Russian transport to ship toops to Norway, they have to wait on the boat for one round.
There is a chat feature, asnd the turns are made instantly, games take anywhere from 30 min. to 3 Hours.
You can get up to five players in a game.
It has been awhile since I was on the Zone, but there were always between 30 and 100 people there when I looked. Games were fairly easy to get. The best way to insure you get games is to join an online club like Spring1942.
kyrial, Not much on posting jpeg knowhow so you can either advise me on that or give me you email. The bottom of my copy is pretty much perfect. I can take some shots with a digital camera and you can whatever detail you’d like.
Sadly, the v133 patch does not fix everything and there are still a lot logical errors to be dealt with. For instance, for some reason I can still have more than one AA gun in the same territory. It is not these errors that enrage me (anybody can avoid these problems by just not performing them), but the horrid AI in the game and the sudden crashes (the later being somewhat corrected in v133).
I do not think many people play with the Third Edition rules for Axis and Allies Classic. But we always played (and play) with the Two-Hit Battelship rule. Needs two hits to be sunk. No repair costs. Will automatically repair after combat.
