No Subs in the Atlantic

Me and my friends are debating what the ‘Atlantic’ entails in this game, for the UK National Objective.
The Objective says ‘No Subs in the Atlantic, excluding SZ’s’ and then lists three sea zones that are on the pacific side of South America.
Our question is - the Baltic Sea. IE. The Sea Zones east of Denmark, surrounded by Scandinavia and Germany. Are they considered the Atlantic?

they should not be considered the atlantic.
Neither should the Mediterranean, or the zones off the east coast of Africa.
