It depends on what “work” means – in other words, on whether players would consider a Kursk scenario appealing. Conceptually, Kursk would be similar to A&A D-Day (minus the water) in the sense that the battle was fundamentally a frontal assault on a heavily-defended static position, and similar to A&A Battle of the Bulge in the sense that it would involve ground forces driving into enemy lines, but different from both games in the sense that from the German point of view Kursk was a pincer movement aimed at pinching off a salient, and that from the Russian point of view it was a two-stage offensive-defensive battle. Personally I think it has good potential to make an interesting game, if it’s designed properly.

Plum is a great color for the Republicans as their flag incorporates that color.
Red is on the map for Russia/China and plum is not used for anyone, as far as I know…
-
on your site it says that your neutral set will include light blue and ivory colors? is this true? i really hope you keep light blue
-
Ballistic Missile Subs are now up on the HBG site. There are a number of colors available that match the modern tanks already sold there. These are replicas from the old Supremacy game. Pretty cool if you need Cold War variant units.

Yes, may not be first run of colors but they will be made.
-
Is the early war French set still going to run a plum set? since the early war russian set is already doing one.
-
Lunar, yes it will be run in Plum.
The French provided a lot of assistance to the Spanish Republic during the Civil War. Also, by running the Russian and French set in Plum, it gives you another color to use as neutrals/other powers as you wish.
HBG likes to make different sets in the same color to allow you to mix and match. For example, if you want to use Yellow for Romania or Spain, you can use the Axis Minors Yellow and the Early War German Yellow and combine the sets for a larger unit mix.

Yep,
HBG has it’s “Axis Minors” units available at individual pricing. I added some more of some specific units myself. Thanks again, HBG.
