  • Not possible to scramble when defending subs and/or transports. You would need atleast a des there.


  • I can edit that attack in during the Russian turn. Or are there rules regarding scramble vs unarmed transports?!


  • Oh, triplea allows me to scramble. Guess thats a rule I am not aware of yet. Will have a look at it.

    Neither subs nor transports are surface warships.
