    I haven’t done any combat rolls yet, but in setting up this amphibious assault I didn’t think scramble was possible. I think maybe I’m confusing a rule (maybe the one about the kamikazes not being able to be applied to transports, fighters, or subs?) , or is scramble possible for you?
