I have been working on this for the last 4 days, off and on. I don’t see a way for the allies to win. 3 turns, you have the money islands back, I at best will have Hawaii and the aleutians. UK Pac and china can hold for 4-5 more turns, but they will only survive by slowly retreating, minor counter attacks. With the US/UK fleet stuck at the far end of the med, there is no hope for them threatening anything on germany long after germany has scooped up most of russia, and has a solid atlantic wall. With 110 bucks to start this turn, to boot. US doesn’t have the money to go after japan and germany - even 100% germany at this point would need some serious blessing from MARTI, to say nothing of what an unleashed Japan would do in the mean time.
I was star struck by the extra space and extra money russia has in this version, relaxing me too much, and your delayed J4 DOW play was outstanding. I am definitely going to study that one out, and will use the premise in the future myself, I am not ashamed to say.
