  • Another weird thing is happening - maybe my brain is malfunctioning today… Can you look at this file and tell me why I had to edit the fighter and bomber movement (out of Southern Italy) for them to be able to attack Morocco and Algeria? They both have enough movement to get to Libya and I’m at war with the US and UK so… I don’t get it. Maybe it’s a bug related to the Vichy French and those locations… actually, that’s probably it. Lemme know either way - this is probably my move but I won’t commit until I hear back from you.

    It’s because the FTR can’t fly over a neutral territory (Tunisia) to land in Libya. Even if you occupy Tunisia in your non-com turn I don’t believe it allows you to fly over yet. The Bomber has the moves required to fly around Tunisia though, and should be ok to bring into Algeria. Morocco though is a no go for the bomber.

    Will be interested to see what the forum says, but that’s my reading of it.

    I’ll wait for the forum - I hold out hope because the flight path rules usually read as long as a flight path is conceivable then they allow a move (here I’m thinking of Pacific based warfare and where AC might conceivably be able to go to fetch a plane, including going through sea space liberated in the combat phase).
