@all-encompassing-goose Please try to adapt it & let me know how it goes! I have it balanced for global interactions, mostly with regards to the British & Russians.
Oztea's 1942 Global Setup

agreed! 8-)
That stupid Bismarck cost me my first game of '41 as Axis… I tried to save it and bring back to Germany and ended sacrificing a whole round of income in the attempt… throwing good money after bad, its called I think…
But the choices you can make in '41 are really what makes it worthwhile. Really good stuff.

Well thanks!
The Bismark only exists as a nod to history. Trying to save it is a fools errand.

I first had to realize that…

Your better off using it it attack some uk ships somewhere.
-
I TOTALLY Love this! GREAT WORK OZ!
-
Did you make a 1939 setup for 1940 Oz?
-
Midnight express has one http://www.axisandallies.org/forums/index.php?topic=33457.0 page 3 has the global one
-
Thanks Barney! Can’t wait to try it! Maybe France will get more of  a role in it.

Added to triplea. It’s under “Experimental”. This concludes the Oztea Trilogy of Global 40 Mods. I guess he could mod the 1940 start, but seeing as how his suggested deployment of the Kriegsmarine solved the sealion issue, I think that’s covered as well :relaxed:
-
Is there a printable version of this? All I see are .tsvg files.
-
The tsvg files are for triplea. The regular Global 40 game is what it’s played on. Just a different setup and bonuses and techs auto activating
-
Can someone confirm turn order for the “Ozeta 1942 Global” version. Thanks!
-
@monroe It’s the same as Global 40
-
@barnee thank you! So Germany goes first…

I took a look on the setup and appreciate the effort, but what’s the intention and purpose behind this mod?
I read elsewhere in the forum that this setup is about realism, but in 1942 Brazil was still flirting with both the US and Nazi Germany, and saw that Germany has too many territories in West Africa, so I got confused about the realism claim.
Thanks for the clarification.
