    Ironically, if you’d baited those planes to Novgorad, or left your cruiser with your transport, I probably would have taken the bait, and had more than just the one, out of position.

    Yeah, assuming I had realized the Russian planes could get to West India. As I said I did not realize they could and did not account for them in my plans.

    Now Japan is in a world of hurt. The idea was to take and hold India then move the fleet back to stop the US after eliminating one threat; i.e. India. Now at best I am going to trade India which means I am not going to be able to get back and stop the US. Big mistake on my part. Especially since I could have brought one more fighter from Japan and did not as with a 90% chance of success I assumed you would retreat. Oh well. Learned something.

    Well if I figured this correctly I will have about a 70% chance next Turn of taking and holding India. Certainly better than my 4% chance this Turn however being one Turn late means the US is going to own the Pacific.
