Russia DOW Japan is getting worse. The only reason that Russia DOW Japan was to send units into China to support it against Japan. But when I changed the relationship to unprovoked, Russian/China became neutral. So I can’t send units into China, or move the existing AA to join the Chinese army. So I will just move it out of China.

The Allies are trying to hold back the Axis, but you already are earning more income than me. Japan is positioned to take out China and India. Russia’s income has collapsed as Germany’s went up. Even if we continue to trade Cauc & Stalingrad back and forth, you get 2 N,O,s and I just get the territory value. The U.S. needs to spend all its income in the Pacific or Europe to really make a difference. But now that Germany’s income is up, I can’t spend it all in the Pacific.
