@Grinchveld How is this my turn? The last turn that completed is Japan6. The posted turn here is for USA 5, i.e., old turn.
It should be China’s turn 6, right?

AmericansIt’s about 10 unless there’s not enough interest, in which case we can start combining players on the same side, like the UK getting Anzac & Dutch because they’re all in a row and are in the same theater. Other options include both Japanese players are one, Germany could get Finns/Romanians while a Japanese player gets thai, etc. (thank you whackamatt)

If it stays at 7, I have two suggestions for player combinations. Then we could probably let the people decide as they roll for first pick.
British/Anzac/Dutch is a good combo, and so is France/China. If we split the three Axis minor powers up and give Romania & Finns to Germany (or Italy), and Thai to Yamamoto (or Hisaichi), then we still need one more person to take on multiple powers. We can combine them on the Axis or the Allies side, which will probably be determined by who picks first. If they decide not to, then the combo should happen on the other side.
Option 1: Combine more Allied powers
1 - Germany / Finns / Romanians
2 - Russia
3 - Italy
4 - French / Chinese / Americans
5 - Yamamoto / Thai
6 - Hisaichi
7 - British / Anzac / DutchOption 2: Combine more Axis powers
1 - Germany / Finns / Romanians
2 - Russia
3 - Italy
4 - French / Chinese
5 - Yamamoto / Hisaichi / Thai
6 - British / Anzac / Dutch
7 - AmericansUsing the above breakdowns, the first person to pick a Japanese/US, or French/China power decide who gets combined. If pick one goes for the US and does NOT take France and China, then the Japanese powers become combined. And vice versa. If someone picks Yamamoto but doesn’t want all of the Pacific, then either Russia or the US must take France/China.
In the end, the main goal is that everyone is happy with their level of participation. I have no problem with people trading powers so long as they’re on the same side. Like the US taking over Anzac and Dutch because the UK doesn’t want them any more, etc.
So long as everyone sends in their turns 8-)

I agree

I can’t .
The Doc chose not to replace the silicon oil with a gas bubble . Instead, he used oil again. I fear my eye will never recover . Is terrible news for Alice and me. Off work (again) for a few weeks and still need at least another op later on in the year.Do not want to put a downer on things, guys. Just putting uou in the picture.
Have to spend 8 days face down. Not sure how I will sleep. Is totally unnatural for me. -
I could ask Credulous, who plays a lot with Witt, AeV and I.
What about AeV himself? Has he declined?
There is also Suprise Attack.
Would you like me to approach these 3. Or do we only want 2?

Our Napoleon game was started April 11 and if we went by rule, the game won’t be finished until 2018.
IMO, we are OK with the number of participants we have currently.
