Hey all. First post.

Germany captured Russia collected their IPC. If on Russia's next turn they retake moscow do they get all of Germany's IPC and theirs back?

Hello amd welcome to the forum, Steenhoek.
No, is the answer. Russia gets to collect the income for the territories it owns at The end of it's go.
Germany would only lose its IPCs , if you captured Berlin.

If Russia wants their money back that Germany took from sacking Moscow... the Russians need to take Berlin on the following turn!
