@panther Thank you for the link. Unfortunately, I have finished translating the whole rulebook, but I’ll be sure to use if I ever translate the 1940 and 1942 versions. Right now, I’m going to work on the Anniversary version instead, even though I don’t own that version (nor the 1940 and 1942 versions). Thank you very much for your help.

how does industries work? can UK put troops on australia from turn 1? both troops and ships?
are there any limitations how many troops that can be put on another industri? ( in other words, non capital city, in this case australia instead of london) -

All factories, wherever they are, capital or not, can build from the start of the game. All can build a maximum number of units each turn equivalent to the territory’s ipc value. Any factories in coastal territories, such as Australia, can build naval units as well as air and land.

but japan only have 4 ipc and only an industry in japan, can they only build 4 armies per turn…? I always mass procuse infantry and out them on tokyey on load them on transports…

Indeed, only four units per turn in Japan. If you want to buy and place more units you need to conquer another Industrial Complex.
