Ger attacks sz 91 with a fleet from 112 and a sub from 92. After 2 round Ger retreats can it retreat to 92 with Gibraltar still being british?

Welcome to the forum, Giallo.

If the sub is the only remaining German sea unit, it can retreat to SZ 92.

If there are other German sea units surviving the combat, all German ships (that were part of the attack) have to retreat to SZ 104,
as only subs may pass through the Strait of Gibraltar regardless of which power controls it.
