@the_good_captain All of those things may be done. Central Powers units may move into and out of shared territories freely, with the only restriction being that they must maintain at least one infantry unit there.
stupid question about minor aligned power

lets say Italy on turn 1 moves to Albania and activates Albanias army. Is that army also on turn 1 able to conduct an attack lets say on Trieste or would it have to wait until the 2nd turn?

unless another ally does it for you let’s say france :p ;) then you can move them in your first turn
