Yeah, I wish they put the couple of rules not in both books in the global section at the back.
Europe has the straits rule.
Pacific has Kamikaze and China rules.
If you’re aware of that, it isn’t too much of a problem.
Germany controll EP and Romania. They have 5 tank in EP and 5mec in Romania.
Bessarabia is empty russian (no units).
Can German mech attack Ukraine as they “meet” German tanks in bessarabia.
From pg 28 of the 2nd edition Europe rules;
Blitz: A mechanized infantry unit must normally stop
when it enters an enemy controlled territory. However,
when paired one-for-one with a tank, it can make a blitz
movement (see “Tanks,†page 29) along with that tank.
The movement of both units must start and end in the
same territories.
