I have no idea what to do with Germany except not to declare war on the Allies.

Threaten sea-lion early, and SUPPORT the Italians.
I like a G2 Grab of Gibraltar, even if it means suiciding a transport. Make sure you give Italy Air Cover in SIT, and look for oppurtunites to clear the way for Italy, as oppossed to using italian pieces, to destroy allied fleets.
Also, for barbarossa, a mini/medium fleet in the baltic is a great tool for taking Novogorod, especially when coulped with a minor in Romania, and control of the western Ukraine.

I agree, you are definitely going to want to support Italy, which means either taking Southern Europe on turn 1 leaving the Bulgarian army to the Italians so they can take Greece on Italy 2 OR activating the Bulgarian army on turn 1, crushing Greece on turn 2, and then building a minor IC there on turn 3. The difference being that using Greece takes a while to get up to speed and forces you to buy an IC while Southern Europe is an instantly free IC, but the sea zone it builds units in can be threatened by Allied bombers from the UK unless you take North Africa and Gibraltar.
Germany’s opening attacks are pretty vanilla.
You will attack Yugoslavia heavy since the Russians can’t declare war on you so leaving the Eastern front empty for a turn or 2 won’t hurt you.
You will also want to attack France and either Normandy or Southern Europe depending on your strategic plans. You can get all three if you want to be aggressive, but it leaves the France attack a little lean.
The hardest part is deciding which UK naval units to destroy. You will want to clear out at least 2 of the 3 sea zones(109, 110, 111) around the UK using the Atlantic subs and most if not all of your available aircraft that are able to reach those sea zones. Since the UK and France can scramble all of their fighters, it is virtually impossible to clear all 3 without taking heavy casualties or even being outnumbered in one of those attacks. You want to bring overkill to your attacks to discourage the Allies from scrambling their aircraft. You’ll also want to use at least 2 subs to take out the TP, DD in sz106.
I’m still not sold on Sea-lion although, from what little research I’ve done, it appears to be popular. It requires you to attack the heavy part of the UK navy (sz110 and 111) and making a rather large German naval investment. I can’t give you any advice since I have never thought too much about it.

Before you finish the combat moves you have to save the game and upload it so the Allied players can review it and decide if they want to scramble their aircraft into the sea zones that you are attacking.
Don’t forget that an airbase in a territory allows the defender to scramble up to 3 aircraft (fig or tac) to assist in defense of bordering sea zones.
I also noticed that your game version is 2.6. The game has been updated to version 2.8 in the last couple days. You have to download the map again.

The easiest way for both sides is to save the game after your combat moves, but before you click the “done button” then upload the map so that your opponents can see what you’ve done.
I just replicated your moves on a new map, but it is faster to do it the way I described above.
In this case I would scramble the scotland fighter to sz111 and 2 UK fighters and 1 French fighter from UK to sz109. I noticed that you left some of your aircraft unused. Use them all because my scrambles just put the sz109 and sz111 attacks at an Allied advantage.

Why did you hold back units in Greater Southern Germany and Germany. I’d recommend that you avoid using aircraft in the attack on France since they are at risk from the AA.
