• When England calls a joint strike on it’s turn, I am under the impression that an English transport can pick up two English troops, for example, move two spaces and drop them off during England’s non-combat phase.  Then, on the US’s turn, that same transport can pick up those same troops and move two more spaces and drop off the same troops again during the US’s combat phase.  Is this correct or do the pieces become immobile on the US’s turn because they moved during England’s turn even though the “Joint Strike” has been called?

  • Official Q&A

    Welcome to the forums!

Yes, the US player can move any UK pieces, whether or not they were moved during the UK turn.

NOTE: This question is in the wrong forum, as it applies to A&A Revised.

  • Yes, this is true…… BUT, when you drop them off on UK’s turn, and then on USA’s turn the transports move to pick them up, then on UK’s turn load on the transport, then on USA’s turn transport them, and UK’s turn unload. It takes a lot of time. And within those turns, Germany (if they still have their air force) can sink that American transport. So, I think its not a good strategy.
