Hm, you don’t say which Operating System you are using.

Let us assume you use Windows.

Depending on your Windows version you need to install either the
TripleA_2.5.22294_windows-32bit.exe
or the
TripleA_2.5.22294_windows-64bit.exe
file.

Same applies to newer Versions of TripleA.

The older your Windows is the higher is the probability that you need the 32bit setup file.

In any case you should uninstall the program that is not working and reinstall TripleA.
Also, yes try the other versions you have and see if those problems occur, too.
