@ArtofWar1947 no worries, go ahead and set my OOL to max defense—except lose carriers after destroyers. (Keep 1 DD alive to prevent free subs as long as you have subs). And lose UK units of equivalent value last. If it comes down to a point where I’m going to start losing fighters and you still have subs, lose the dad+ battleship and save fighters

@axis-dominion Do you feel that Germany can too consistently take London? I think the game is set up in a way that they can always have good odds to take it with the typical bid (9-15 IPCs, mostly given to Germany for subs and inf/art) and G1 naval buy. But there’s a lot of opportunity cost with taking London if they’ve bought units there, so 6inf/1 ftr or 9 inf UK1 usually deters me from going for it as Germany because the opportunity cost is so high.

Round 5: Red hunkers down, builds a Rattler for N.P.Base.
Blue sends two C and trooper to 2 VP island base. Also had sent a Jet and C to attack Red & Black C off NP Base. For lost of the Jet, both enemy C destroyed. Builds Jet and C.
Black needs to break siege of NP Base, 2 C attack Blue C just below the base. Each side loses a C. Now a C with trooper occupied a 1 VP island upper left of Black Base. Another C heads for NP Base. Buys 2 C off NP Base.
White leaves NP region and heads for Black Base with 3 C and Trooper, and, joined by 2 more C from White Base. Jet flies to NP region, a C from Apogee Base heads towards NP Base. Builds a C for White and Apogee bases.
