Axis and Allies Miniatures Expert Rules v1.3 Available

A few days ago Avalon Hill released the latest of the Expert Rules for Axis and Allies Miniatures. These rules add on to the Expert rules previously posted to the Avalon Hill site. The new update includes platoons, single nationality armies, new maps, new stacking limits, and 200 to 400 point battles.
