Hey guys,

   By no way am I a computer programmer. That’s my dads business. Any way I had a question for you fine folks.

   Do you think it would be feasible to make a hex grid like a A&A Mini’s map and cut and paste the desired terrain features from a ‘palate’ off to the side of the viewing window?

   I big thing would be to set it up so when you went to print it, it came out the desired size. (I know that’s the easy part, right.)

   Just curious about your thoughts on this, thanks.

Someone on the Avalon Hill posted a freeware program in Beta to build maps.

No, I checked out the links he had posted in that thread but I didn't go as far as pulling it down.  If the screen shots etc look like what you wanted I'd just email the guy and ask for a hand with it.  If you do, let us know how it is.
