Has anyone noticed this problem with Battlemap, where the tool bars (one or both) disappear and you can get them back, even by selecting them on the menu

Blodoeks and I experienced the same on our trip abroad a month back. It happened when we used the program on different computers. Was working fine on his laptop(widescreen), but disappeared on the internet cafe pc. I'm pretty clueless, but I'd go for one of the following explanations:

1. Problem using it maximized on different computers with different resolutions
2. Problem switching between widescreen and normal screen modes
3. Problem with using it in a foreign country..
4. Something else

Turn off aBattleMap
Delete the file aBattleMap.ini located in the directory you installed your program. (if you do not remember you can do a file search for the file, it is not hidden.)
Start aBattleMap

Tool bars will re-appear in their default locations.

Ah, great tip Jennifer! I have experienced the same problem on repeated occasions. I always deleted the entire ABattlemap program & reinstalled it...

The nuclear option works as well, Perry.  I'm more of a tactical, surgical strike kind of girl. Smiley
