Lets see, I know:  

American (Very Good)
Spanish (Good)
Chinese [Cantonese & Manderan] (Good)
Japanese (Medium)
German (Very Poor)  
Latin (Very Poor)  

Latin is good for roots (though other than that  ), but I am most proud of being able to learn Spanish.  It was tough!

German i have studied for 2 years (grades 6 and 7) and i forgot everything i knew just about (aus ausse mit nach zeit von zu - and i can count in German/be a little polite)
English i'm working on.  Slowly i'll get it.

I thought I wasnt supposed ot type in languages that I speak poorly but anyway, I tried typing Hiragana into the message board and it came out as numbers and letters so I deleted that post. This forum supports Russian and not Japanese! Yanny, is this ikonboard or can you do something about it? Please?

English (fluently)
Australian (depends on how hardcore Oz it is)
American (poorly, as i noticed here )
...
a bit of french and latin, with the latin helping me through to read some portuguese.

Bulgarian is one of the slavic languages, therefore it's pretty close to russian and the other slavic languages.
Finnish is related to Estonian and Hungarian.

There is such a thing. They are scripted to read all the messages for things such as swear words and delete those threads. They are more efficient that human admins but less interactive.
