Couple things available...

Tripla is a free java run program that has the ability to play AAA on the computer via email, in person, lan, internet, or AI (which sucks)...

There is an Old '98 AAA Computer game which I won't even speak of calling the AI actually playing... That you would have to buy...

And last but not least there are things like DAAK and Battlemap, both programs you can use to play PBEM games...

no problem, also check the games forum here, we have several players that play regularly and can teach you the whole PBEM (Play-by-E-Mail) thing...

Just bear in mind the AI really sucks.  It's a good system to use to learn how the new units work in Revised/Pacific/Europe, etc.  But don't relly on it to show you how to play the game effectively.
