Lets bid for the Allies… Bidding will start high and we will go lower on each bid. The “winning bid” takes the Allies. Lets go with standard bidding rules… if you purchase a naval unit with your bid, it can only go into a sea zone where you start with a fleet/ naval unit. Purchased land units have to go in a territory that you control at the beginning of the game.

I am at work and can’t look at the map to give specific placement of bid units. With a 12 I would probable put a Uk sub in the med, a Uk inf in Africa, and an ANZAC inf on New Guinea.

I think Egypt needs the Inf more, though. So I’m going for a bid of 1 Destroyer in z91 (that’s right outside the Med, to back up the lone Cruiser out there) and 1 Inf on Egypt.
