I have a swordfish bomber that says ships die are reduced by 1. Does this mean that 6's are now 5's and don't do 2 points worth of damage?

Also I have a sub with 4 armor and 5 vital with 1 hull point. Does this mean I die when he gets 4 hits?

To your first question- No you are incorrect, what it means is His ship(s) no longer hit on 4's just 5 's and 6's, and yes 6's still count as 2 hits.

2nd - Yes if he achieves 4 hits in 1 attack, yes your sub dies.

Thanks. I guess the game creaters need to take a look at that, and change the vital to 5. Don't know why the armor would be 4 and vital 5 when he only has 1 hit point...
