I did just read that version 1.5.2 is released. I will be downloading it when I get home. I wish I could figure out how to make it download and post rolls here at work!

OH dude that's EASY!

Have you not played via tripleA over Play by Forum before?  The rolls just get sent to your email, and the turn gets printed out.

Yeah, I have played Anniversary games through the forum. However, here at work, the triplea program will not communicate out to the dice roller. Also, while I was able to download the program here, I am not able to download any maps for some reason. When I try paste the address into the download maps block and click list games, all I get is a failure to communicate. Must be the firewall. I do have the great war on here, but still cannot roll dice.

Ok, so out the gate, there are a few lessons I have learned so far about this game.

1. SBR is done by Zepplins/Blimps.  It's like the old style - IE I bomb you, you can lose up to what the territory is worth.

2. Battleships and cruisers don't bombard - I haven't checked if the battlecruisers do.

3. If you use any type of amphibious assault in a battle, the ENTIRE force you have sent in cannot retreat, even if you have 15 units, and only 2 came off of a boat.

4. Subs are deadly.  Destroyers don't seem to prevent surprise strike.  And you seem to be able to attack subs regardless. 

5. Subs can move under navies (even with destroyers) I think.

6. There are no NO's.

7. Everything in this game is a blood bath lol.
