Is Battle of the Bulge out of print?

I can't seem to find this or Guadalcanal anywhere that isn't a ridiculous price, I also can't find anywhere if it is out of print or just extremely tough to find. None of my local gaming stores have either game, and amazon charges a fortune. Anyone know what's going on?
